Dr. Rabinowitz is a NYS licenced psychologist specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.ÌýShe is board certified in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology and is aÌýDiplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.ÌýShe completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude with honors in psychology.Ìý She then completed both her masters and doctorate degreesÌýat St. John's University.Ìý She spent a year of trainingÌýin CBT at the NYU Child Study Center.Ìý She also completed a post-doctoral fellowshipÌýin CBT at the Bio-Behavioral Institute.Ìý She specializes in anxiety disorders, with particular interest in OCD, and OC-spectrum disorders.Ìý She has experience treating both children, adolescents,Ìýand adults as well as working with families. While she spends most of her time treating patients directly, she also supervises other psychologists in CBT and teaches an advanced CBT course at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University.ÌýShe has published numerous articles, gives frequentÌýÌýpresentations and workshops, and has been featured onÌýnational TV.
